NEW BUILD 2021

Limerick ETSS opened its doors to its first intake of students in August 2018 in interim accommodation in the former Salesians Secondary School, Fernbank, North Circular Road, Limerick.

Developments regarding the new build are all on track and the Department of Education and Skills have outlined to us that we can expect to be in our new state-of-the-art school in September 2021. The new school will cater for 1000 students and will be located at Towlerton, Groody Road, Castletroy (opposite Northern Trust).

To date, the Project Management Team have been appointed and the design and planning phase will commence in late August. Once this process is complete, it is anticipated that construction will commence in early 2021. The project will be a 60 week build and once complete will be one of Ireland’s most impressive second-level school campus, boasting a site of approximately 12.35 acres.
